How to Return Your Samples

1. Click the link to access the UPS Intelligent Reverse Logistics page.
2. Select "Continue as a Guest."
3. Fill out the form with the required information.
4. Print your prepaid UPS shipping label.
5. Attach the label to your package with the samples you'd like to return.
6. Drop off the package at an official UPS location.
